Lunch from Tokyo Katsu-Sand
After our walk today, we went to the corner of Fir Street and West 10th Avenue
for lunch. There are five food trucks in the neighbourhood today, and the only
one we haven't tried is Tokyo Katsu-Sand. Hubby pointed out that the "Sand" in
their name is for sandwiches and not actual sand. 😁

It's rare! They have a sign near the register (and the cashier also informs you) that the Gyu Katsu is rare. If you don't want it, they recommend getting the pork or chicken.
From this meal, I realized I am not a fan of rare beef. 😌 The sauce was
delicious, and the outside was still crunchy, but the middle was rare.
Ton-katsu is delicious. If you see Tokyo Katsu-Sand, choose the Ton-Katsu.
