Happy Friday! It's the beginning of BC Day long weekend, so hubby and I decided to watch the Vancouver Whitecaps Leagues Cup game at BC Place.

There are new food items, so I am updating my menu post. One of the new items is Wagyu Dog, topped with spicy mango salsa. It's good, but not worth the price tag. The bun was toasted, and the exterior of the hotdog was snappy, while the inside could be juicier. The mango was sweet and spicy, but I'm not sure if it works well on a hotdog sandwich.

At halftime, we decided to grab another new item this year: Jerk Chicken Bowl. I had high hopes for the dish because the two Boom Kitchen bowls last year were the best food at BC Place. This was spicy and had a generous amount of chicken, but last year's beef bowl and chicken bowl were better.
The Whitecaps lost in a penalty kick shootout.
