A blessed Sunday morning to you. Instead of the usual Tim Hortons breakfast, we decided to finally try the Denny's Test Kitchen and try breakfast items with the TK indicator.
My husband went for the All-Canadian Diner Breakfast while I chose the Classic Eggs Benedict. I'm actually surprised that benny is not part of their usual menu.
I absolutely love the breakfast poutine of Denny's and in their Test Kitchen menu, there's a Brisket Poutine which we also ordered for sharing.
The Classic Eggs Benedict is as classic as it's going to get. Denny's have a pretty good hollandaise sauce. I also enjoy dipping the red potatoes on the hollandaise. Yum!

Meanwhile, hubby's All-Canadian Diner is standard too with eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage, and toast. Again, this is hard to screw up.

Of course, the one I'm looking forward to is the Brisket Poutine. It arrived with wavy-cut fries topped with brisket. The meat was dry but their gravy was surprisngly good and works so well with the curds.
