It's our annual planning. Yes, my husband and I do this thing when we meet once a year to review the year that was, plan for the following year, and make sure we're still aligned.
This year, we had it at Blenz in the corner of West Broadway and Granville. We ordered their seasonal drinks: Gingerbread Latte and Hazelnut Crisp Hot Chocolate.

The Gingerbread Latte does not taste like gingerbread at all.
Meanwhile, the first sip of the hot chocolate is a strong taste of the crisp. Then, it's all delicious chocolatey goodness.

After our planning, I wrote a few more blog posts before deciding we needed lunch, and I got two wraps: the Pesto Chicken Wrap and BBQ Steak Wrap.

I'm not a fan of the BBQ Steak Wrap. It was not delicious. Thankfully, the Pesto Chicken Wrap was surprisingly acceptable for a coffee shop lunch.
