Happy Thursday! It's team lunch day, and the chosen theme for the week is pizza. Only three of us are in the office, so it doesn't make sense to order a lot. Moreover, we had an ocular scheduled today, which meant viewing possible new office space close to the Vancouver Public Library.
Because we are close to Robson Street, I suggested the Straight Brooklyn Pizza. It is the best pizza in the area, hands down.
We entered the small and already entire store and somehow managed to grab a seat after ordering three 2 slices of pizza and a pop. I went for a slice of White Pie and Spice pizza.
The White Pie combines stringy mozzarella, rich ricotta, and slightly savoury parmesan cheese on a thin crust. Moreover, the garlic provides a pungent and aromatic kick while the parsley cuts through the richness of the cheeses and garlic.

On the other hand, the Spice Pie has a chewy capicollo, spicy salami, creamy cheese, and tomato sauce. It's perfect.

After lunch, we walked back to the office feeling stuffed.
