Hubby ordered the Shoyu Ramen. At the core of this bowl is a rich and savoury chicken and pork broth, masterfully infused with the essence of traditional shoyu (soy sauce). It's definitely lighter than my ramen bowl.

I ordered the Spicy Bakamori light ramen with chashu and called karaage on the side. It's as good as I remember. I was in a food coma afterward, which is all you need to know about whether I enjoyed it.
