Happy Thursday! After work today, we returned to Boba Run for our 8th hot chocolate, part of the 14th Annual Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival. We indulged in their "For the Love of Mint Chocolate."

The marriage of deep and velvety dark chocolate and a sudden kick from peppermint creates a symphony of flavours that makes you want another sip. For additional sweetness, it was served with a mint-chocolate-flavoured cookie.
