Happy Sunday! It snowed overnight, and Vancouver is absolutely gorgeous. ♥️ For lunch, we decided to warm up by finally visiting the JINYA Ramen that opened at the corner of West Broadway and Granville.

I ordered the Chef's Special for the month: Red Garnet Ramen and Curry Rice Croquettes, while hubby chose the JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010 and Crispy Fried Chicken.
The Red Garnet Ramen was too salty for my liking, which is unfortunate.

The Curry Rice Croquettes were perfectly crunchy on the outside, with a creamy curry rice and melted cheese filling. Delicious!
